Cancellation Policy

1:1 Booking & Recording Policy Thanks for booking a 1:1 with Memoriam. This policy explains scheduling expectations and how we handle meeting notes. Scheduling & Confirmation Meetings are booked online through our scheduling link and reflect live availability. You'll receive a confirmation email with the time, format (virtual/in-person), link/location, and any prep notes. If no available times work, reply to the confirmation email to request alternatives. Rescheduling & Cancellations You can reschedule or cancel via the link in your confirmation email. Please give 24 hours' notice when possible. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows may require reconfirmation before rebooking. Preparing for the 1:1 To keep this high-signal: join on time, use a stable connection, and come with your top 1–3 priorities or questions. If helpful, share context or materials in advance. Fathom Recording & AI Notes Memoriam uses Fathom during these meetings for accurate record-keeping. Fathom may record audio (and sometimes video), generate a summary, create a transcript, and capture action items. Both you and Memoriam receive the same summary and transcript after the meeting for transparency and alignment. Consent & Opt-Out By attending, you consent to Fathom being used as described. If you prefer not to be recorded, please let us know in advance or at the start of the meeting, and we'll turn off recording—no pressure. Privacy & Retention Notes/transcripts are used only for internal documentation, continuity, and follow-ups. Access is limited to participants and relevant Memoriam staff. We don't sell or share recordings/transcripts externally. You may request deletion of your transcript by emailing us; we'll honor reasonable requests unless legally required to retain it.
